CAS Queuemasters, stationed at the front of passenger checkpoints, prepare passengers for
entry into the passenger checkpoint area by:

Informing passengers of the current shoe policy in effect
Handwanding passengers’ shoes
Reminding passengers to:
remove keys, loose change, mobile phones, pagers
and personal data assistants from their pockets
remove laptops from their cases
remove all coats and jackets for X-ray inspection
